Most of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or buyer’s remorse, unless. otherwise stated on the product page.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Inspect immediately.

  2. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at witnesclothing1@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

  3. After verification, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund. We will cover return shipping for these cases.

Timing for refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after verification.

These policies are without prejudice to your statutory rights under EU law (including the 2-year guarantee). For cross-border disputes, you may use the EU ODR platform.
