Production time
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping. Production may be longer during peak periods.

Shipping

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties (customer’s responsibility).

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Lost or delayed packages will be reviewed case-by-case.

Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking details once the order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect address & lost packages
If you provided the wrong address, reshipment or refunds are at our discretion and may incur extra charges. If a package is lost in transit and the carrier marks it delivered, we will investigate with the carrier and act according to the carrier’s findings.
